Singing for Wellbeing

A welcoming and inclusive group where people come together to enjoy the many benefits of singing in a relaxed and supportive environment. Sessions begin with gentle breathing and vocal warm-up exercises that encourage deeper breathing, improve breath control, and promote relaxation. Participants enjoy singing a variety of fun, uplifting songs, including familiar favourites, simple rounds, and easy harmonies that are accessible to everyone, regardless of experience.Singing together helps lift mood, build confidence, reduce stress, and create a sense of connection and belonging. No previous singing experience is needed—just a willingness to join in. The sessions are designed to support physical and emotional wellbeing while creating opportunities for friendship, laughter, creativity, and shared enjoyment through music.
