From Fear Back To Love,
With Neen Forder
1 Workshop. 8 places. Approx 3 hours in length.
Tuesday 3rd November - Findhorn

Neen Forder
From an early age, Neen has been fascinated by what makes people tick. That curiosity led her to study Psychology at university, and it has never really left her. Since then, she has continued exploring psychology, meditation, spirituality and personal development, always curious about how they can help us understand ourselves a little better. In 2025, she completed her Scottish Mental Health First Aid training, adding
another layer to her understanding of how to support people with compassion and confidence. As much as Neen loved studying psychology, life has been her greatest teacher. Through profound grief, loss, life-changing transitions and her own journey back to herself, she discovered that beneath our fears, self-doubt and all the expectations we carry, there's a part of us that has never forgotten who we really are. Sometimes we just need the space, support and permission to remember. That's why she created BackTo Love. Everything Neen offers—whether it's a workshop, meditation, journal or one-to-one session—is designed to help people reconnect with themselves in a way that feels genuine, gentle and hopeful. She loves creating spaces where people can slow down, laugh, play, reflect and discover that some of life's biggest answers often arrive when we stop trying so hard to find them. Nothing brings Neen more joy than watching someone look in the mirror with kinder eyes and realise they had the strength, wisdom and love within them all along.
From Fear Back To Love
What if you could understand your fears instead of being controlled by them? Join me for a warm, interactive workshop where you'll discover a completely different way of understanding fear—and how it shapes your everyday life. Together we'll explore practical tools, gentle reflection and powerful insights that will help you see fear through a completely different lens. Once you understand it, you'll never quite see it the same way again. This isn't a place where you'll be expected to face your deepest fears, relive painful experiences, or share anything you're not comfortable sharing. Instead, this is a gentle, supportive space where you'll gain a new understanding of fear, why it shows up the way it does, and how you can respond to it differently in everyday life. Through guided reflection, journalling, visualisation and interactive exercises, you'll discover your own unique Fear Profile, recognise the patterns that may be holding you back, and learn practical tools you can use whenever fear starts creeping back in. My aim is for you to leave not only with techniques you can use every day, but with a new understanding that helps you respond to life's challenges with more calm, confidence, and self-compassion. We all experience fear. It's part of being human. But sometimes it quietly takes over, showing up as self-doubt, overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or that little voice telling us we're not quite ready. Before we know it, fear is making far more of our everyday decisions than we'd like to admit. The good news is that fear doesn't have to be in charge. Once we understand how it works and recognise the patterns it creates, we can begin to make choices from a place of self-trust, compassion and love instead. You don't need to become fearless. You simply need to understand fear well enough that it no longer gets to lead your life.
I'd love to help you take those first gentle steps...Back To Love. 💚
