Learn how to print with fresh flowers and plants using the Japanese hammering method, Hapazome. Discover the expressive and sensory practice of this technique that transforms natural materials into patterns on paper and fabric. This is an intuitive, experimental and playful process. Participants are encouraged to create freely and stay open-minded to the results. Release inner tension in this cathartic creative process. No prior experience required. Materials included, though students are encouraged to bring their own fresh flowers if they wish.
