Guilt Is a Bag of Bricks. Put It Down.

Neen Forder
From an early age, Neen has been fascinated by what makes people tick. That curiosity led her to study Psychology at university, and it has never really left her. Since then, she has continued exploring psychology, meditation, spirituality and personal development, always curious about how they can help us understand ourselves a little better. In 2025, she completed her Scottish Mental Health First Aid training, adding
another layer to her understanding of how to support people with compassion and confidence. As much as Neen loved studying psychology, life has been her greatest teacher. Through profound grief, loss, life-changing transitions and her own journey back to herself, she discovered that beneath our fears, self-doubt and all the expectations we carry, there's a part of us that has never forgotten who we really are. Sometimes we just need the space, support and permission to remember. That's why she created BackToLove. Everything Neen offers—whether it's a workshop, meditation, journal or one-to-one session—is designed to help people reconnect with themselves in a way that feels genuine, gentle and hopeful. She loves creating spaces where people can slow down, laugh, play, reflect and discover that some of life's biggest answers often arrive when we stop trying so hard to find them. Nothing brings Neen more joy than watching someone look in the mirror with kinder eyes and realise they had the strength, wisdom and love within them all along.
Guilt Is a Bag of Bricks. Put It Down.
Build with it. Do you find yourself replaying conversations long after they've happened? Do you feel like you're always making mistakes or that everything is somehow your fault? Do you blame yourself for things that were never really your responsibility? Do you spend more time thinking about what you've done wrong than recognising everything you've done right? If so, you're not alone. We all feel guilty. In fact, guilt has an important job. It helps us recognise when something doesn't sit right with our values, encourages us to make amends where we can, and helps us grow. But sometimes... it doesn't leave. Instead of helping us, it starts weighing us down. We replay conversations, blame ourselves for things beyond our control, carry responsibility that was never ours, and begin measuring ourselves by our mistakes instead of everything we've done well. That's when guilt stops being helpful and starts becoming a burden.
This Workshop: In this three-hour Back To Love workshop, you'll discover why guilt exists, when it's serving you and when it's simply keeping you stuck. Together, we'll gently explore where your guilt began, the beliefs that have kept it alive, and learn HOW TO LET IT GO. Through reflection, practical exercises, guided visualisation, and gentle healing techniques, Neen will help you begin releasing the emotional weight you've been carrying. Together, you'll create personalised affirmations that you can continue using whenever guilt resurfaces, allowing your healing to continue long after the workshop ends. Because guilt isn't meant to be carried forever. It's meant to teach us... so we can move on.
This workshop will help you move on. Guilt is a bag of bricks. Put it down. Build with it.
