Fundraising & Partnerships Role

Are you looking for a flexible, rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in your community? Arts for Wellbeing Moray is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Fundraising & Partnerships Associates.  

About the Role:
No prior experience required – ideal for those with a background in fundraising or B2B sales, but enthusiasm and drive are most important!
Choose your own hours – full-time or part-time positions available.
Commission-only role with on-target earnings (OTE) of £600–£1,000 per week for full-time, with no upper cap.
All business expenses paid on top of commissions.
Full training provided to ensure your success.
Work mobile across Moray or remotely from home – you decide! 

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with local businesses and organisations to secure funding and support for Arts for Wellbeing Moray’s projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and sponsors. Identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities. 

Who We’re Looking For:
Self-motivated individuals with a positive, can-do attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in fundraising or B2B sales is a plus, but not essential.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

Event Volunteers

Join Us as a Volunteer at the Arts & Wellbeing Festival 2026!

Are you passionate about the arts, wellbeing, or simply making a difference in your community? We need your help!

Our Arts & Wellbeing Festival is back, running from Saturday 17th October to Sunday 8th November 2026. With over 40 inspiring events across 20 unique locations, this festival celebrates music, dance, drama, theatre, yoga, tai chi, art, photography, film, puppetry, and much more!

Wanted.... Arts and crafts Stalls, Musicians, Dancers, Street entertainers, Food Vendors, Artists of all kinds.

With an event of this size, we have plenty of scope to showcase local mental health organisations, vendors, musicians, dancers and artists of all types. If you would like to be part of the festival, click the appropriate link below and give us a few details. We would love to have you on board. Just bear in mind the theme of this year's festival is "reflections", and we would like all our artists to keep this as a running theme.

Mental Health Providers

If you offer mental health services or support of any kind, we would love for you to come and promote yourself for free, at one or several of our events

Arts and Crafts Stall Holders 

If you have an arts and crafts business and want to promote yourself or sell your creations, our full-day live music events may be a perfect opportunity for you. Contact us for further details

Musicians, and Dancers

As well as 3 full days of Live music, we will be arranging an open mic night, a ceilidh dance, a poetry/spoken word evening, and a variety of dance workshops. If you would like to perform or host a workshop, please get in touch with us below.

Artists and Photographers

We will be staging both an art and a photography exhibition for the duration of the festival. All local artists are encouraged to submit work with the theme of Reflections. Full details of submission procedures will be posted here soon.
