Reflections: Finding Your Way Back to You, With Neen Forder

1 Workshop. 8 places. Approx 3 hours in length.

Wednesday 28th October - Elgin

Neen Forder

From an early age, Neen has been fascinated by what makes people tick. That curiosity led her to study Psychology at university, and it has never really left her. Since then, she has continued exploring psychology, meditation, spirituality and personal development, always curious about how they can help us understand ourselves a little better.

In 2025, she completed her Scottish Mental Health First Aid training, adding
another layer to her understanding of how to support people with compassion and confidence. As much as Neen loved studying psychology, life has been her greatest teacher. Through profound grief, loss, life-changing transitions and her own journey back to herself, she discovered that beneath our fears, self-doubt and all the expectations we carry, there's a part of us that has never forgotten who we really are. Sometimes we just need the space, support and permission to remember. That's why she created BackToLove.

Everything Neen offers—whether it's a workshop, meditation, journal or one-to-one session—is designed to help people reconnect with themselves in a way that feels genuine, gentle and hopeful. She loves creating spaces where people can slow down, laugh, play, reflect and discover that some of life's biggest answers often arrive when we stop trying so hard to find them. Nothing brings Neen more joy than watching someone look in the mirror with kinder eyes and realise they had the strength, wisdom and love within them all along.

Reflections: Finding Your Way Back to You.

Have you ever looked in the mirror and wondered where you went? Not the version of you that gets everyone else through the day. Not the one who's always busy, always coping, always putting everyone else first. The real you.The one who laughs until your tummy hurts. The one who used to play before life became so serious. The one who dreams. The one who knows there's more to life than just getting through another week.

This gentle, uplifting workshop is an invitation to slow down, breathe and reconnect with yourself. Through guided meditation, gentle movement to help release tension (at a pace that's right for you), music, creativity, play and reflective journalling, you'll be given the space to let go of what you've been carrying, celebrate who you already are, and rediscover the parts of yourself that may have been quietly waiting for your attention.

The movement is gentle, optional and suitable for all abilities. Whether you're living with fibromyalgia, chronic pain, fatigue, limited mobility or simply prefer to take things slowly, everything can be adapted. This isn't about pushing your body; it's about helping it soften, release and feel safe. There is no pressure to share anything you don't want to.

No experience is needed. Just come exactly as you are. Expect moments of laughter, moments of stillness and perhaps a few happy tears. We'll explore what wants to be loved, what you're ready to let go of, and what you're ready to welcome into your life. Through play, curiosity and gentle reflection, you'lldiscover that some of our deepest answers arrive not when we're searching for them, but when we finally permit ourselves to stop trying so hard.

You'll leave with practical tools, meaningful journal reflections and a renewed sense of connection to yourself—because sometimes the greatest reflection we can find isn't in a mirror at all, but in remembering who we've been all along.
